What do we offer?

Traffic fines are the most common sanctions applied by law enforcement agencies. They are applied to people who have committed offences. But fines are not always applied correctly! Abuse of duty is regulated as a criminal offence and is punishable under the laws in force.

If you have received a fine and you think you did not deserve it, you have the right to contest it in court within 15 days of the date of notification. The complaint must be lodged with the court with territorial jurisdiction over the place where the offence was committed.
