What do we offer?

Contestations of ENEL finding notes for fraudulent consumption or defects of the technical unit belonging to the energy supplier, representing and assisting in the prejudicial stage before the supplier’s analysis commission according to the provisions of the ANRE Order no. 121 / 27.07.2015 and Law no. 123/2012, as well as assistance on fraudulent consumption or suspicion of fraudulent consumption.
Appealing in court the sums claimed by the energy suppliers as a result of establishing the fraudulent consumption of the subscriber in the prejudicial procedure (in front of the analytical commission meeting according to the provisions of ANRE Order 121 / 27.07.2015).

Appeal of all types of legal sanctions, contesting the civil contravention fines, legal assistance and representation in court actions in contesting the fines.

Appeals in execution of any kind, as well as those against forced execution initiated by debt collection companies such as EOS KSI, KRUK, Coface, Top Factoring, Collect Support, CRC Claims Recovery or similar ones.
